RENOVATIONS & ALTERATIONS / PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA

DCT Design Studio was retained to study possible new locations for a small business start-up in the Philadelphia area. Following conceptual studies of two separate prospective spaces, DCT Design Studio began working with the client to develop a physical brand image for a new Medical Spa facility situated in an Historic Building in Center City, Philadelphia.
The proposed renovations and alterations to the existing office suite were extensive, and included bringing the interior of the space up to ADA compliance, updating the existing exam rooms, reconfiguring the reception and waiting areas, adding an additional exam room, providing an ADA compliant restroom, and providing new flooring, tile finishes, millwork, and aesthetic accents.

This project is on-going, with a slated completion of Summer 2022.
