STATUS:
Active Development

LOCATION:
SMITHFIELD, UT

SCOPE:
Architecture & Design

Harvest is a stand-alone quick service restaurant located along a business highway in Smithfield, Utah. The project is focused on delivering a highly efficient drive-thru model while establishing a clear, recognizable brand presence within a fast-moving commercial corridor.

The design prioritizes visibility, access, and operational flow. Building placement and site organization are driven by vehicular movement, allowing for direct entry, clear stacking, and efficient circulation through the drive-thru. The structure is positioned to maximize exposure from the roadway while maintaining a clean, controlled footprint.

The program is centered around a compact service core that supports high-volume throughput with minimal friction. Back-of-house and prep areas are organized for speed and clarity, allowing the operation to scale while maintaining consistency in service.

Material and form are used to reinforce the brand’s focus on healthy, organic offerings. A restrained palette and simple geometry create a clean, modern identity that reads clearly at speed. The building is designed to feel approachable and transparent, supporting the concept without overcomplicating the architecture.

Harvest reflects a performance-driven approach to quick service design—balancing site efficiency, operational clarity, and brand identity within a standalone retail format.
